Welcome to ApeitWallet! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ApeitWallet ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the ApeitWallet mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing, downloading, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
IMPORTANT: APEITWALLET IS A NON-CUSTODIAL WALLET. YOU RETAIN FULL CONTROL OF YOUR PRIVATE KEYS AND DIGITAL ASSETS. WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR FUNDS.
1. Nature of Service
ApeitWallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet. This means you retain full control of your private keys and digital assets at all times. ApeitWallet does not have access to, or custody of, your funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys, recovery phrases, and any transactions you initiate through the Service.
2. Third-Party Integrations
The app may integrate with third-party decentralized exchange (DEX) protocols and aggregators, including but not limited to:
- Jupiter Aggregator (Solana) – https://station.jup.ag/docs
- 1inch API (multi-chain) – https://portal.1inch.dev/
- Uniswap Protocol (Ethereum + supported networks) – https://docs.uniswap.org/
All swap and exchange transactions are executed directly on-chain via these third-party protocols. ApeitWallet does not provide or operate exchange services and is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or legality of these third-party services.
3. No Custody or Exchange Services
ApeitWallet does not:
- Hold or manage user funds
- Act as an exchange, broker, or financial institution
- Provide fiat-to-crypto or crypto-to-fiat services
- Store, process, or transmit any personal financial information
You are solely responsible for managing your private keys, wallets, and transactions.
4. AML/KYC Responsibility
Since ApeitWallet is non-custodial, we do not collect or store personal identity information (KYC) and do not monitor transactions. However, you are responsible for complying with any anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations that may apply in your country of residence.
By using ApeitWallet, you agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Anti-money laundering laws
- Counter-terrorist financing regulations
- Tax reporting requirements
- Securities laws and regulations
- Any other applicable financial regulations
5. User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All transactions initiated through ApeitWallet are irreversible
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and recovery phrases
- You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirmation
- You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- ApeitWallet shall not be liable for any loss of funds, unauthorized access, or misuse of the app
- You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- You are of legal age to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction
6. Risk Disclosure
CRYPTOCURRENCY AND BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY INVOLVE SIGNIFICANT RISKS. YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY CONSIDER WHETHER TRADING OR HOLDING CRYPTOCURRENCIES IS SUITABLE FOR YOU IN LIGHT OF YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES, KNOWLEDGE, AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES.
Risks include but are not limited to:
- Volatility and potential loss of value
- Technical failures and network congestion
- Regulatory changes and legal uncertainty
- Cybersecurity risks and potential hacks
- Loss of private keys or recovery phrases
- Smart contract vulnerabilities
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ApeitWallet and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices. As a non-custodial wallet, we do not collect or store your private keys, recovery phrases, or transaction data.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEITWALLET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In no event shall ApeitWallet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ApeitWallet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
